Natasha Hemmerling has practiced law since 2002 advising clients in such diverse areas as business law; dispute resolution and litigation; building and construction law; property law; employment law; and wills and estates.
Natasha has represented a diversity of both small and large corporate clientele including private and publicly listed companies, semi-government enterprises (both local and national), plus a variety of individuals. Her significant experience advising clients across all manner of business transactions includes business sales, joint ventures, mergers, leases, contracts, property transactions, employment and franchising.
An integral part of Natasha’s practice is to help clients in the early identification of business risks and to provide practical solutions to solve problems typically faced by her clients in a variety of commercial situations.
Although regularly representing clients in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Federal and Industrial Relations Courts, Natasha also advocates alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
And, while providing her clients with practical, sensible and realistic advice about their cases and the expected outcome, Natasha prefers a commercial approach to disputes. She is an excellent negotiator and encourages out-of-court settlements where possible.
She is client focused: striving to achieve the best possible outcome, while keeping them informed about their case every step of the way.
Natasha has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a member of the Law Society of SA.
Natasha is also passionate above helping the community and the construction industry and she holds several board positions including:
