Darryl Clarke is an experienced lawyer with extensive experience in family law, criminal law and wills and estates.
Throughout his many years practising family law, Darryl has developed a very caring, sympathetic and flexible approach with clients who have difficulty in attending the office due to young children. He has a result focused approach aimed at providing the best advice and minimizing the stress of the client during this process. Darryl encourages the parties to reach an agreement without the need to formally commence proceedings in Court.
Darryl has also represented clients in a wide variety of criminal offences with a view to achieving the best outcome possible. He has been involved in drafting both simple and complex wills and testamentary trusts as well as dealing with probate applications.
Darryl has represented and appeared for clients in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Industrial Relations, Licensing and Federal Circuit courts.
Darryl has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts Diploma in Business and is a LEADR trained mediator. He is a member of the Law Society of SA and has been a board member of the Army Museum of South Australia for many years.
